Why is my account not active?
If your account is not active, it means it needs to be activated by one of our admins. Please reach out to ikarlgut@gmail.com for assistance.
How can I get more hours?
Additional hours can only be assigned by an admin. If you’re running low on hours, please contact an admin to discuss your options.

Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell your data or your campaign details. All data stored on Quest Quill is for your use only.
Do you keep my recordings?
No, we do not keep your recordings. We only process and store the transcripts for your convenience. Your original recordings remain private and are not saved on our servers.
Using AI
Quest Quill utilizes AI to enhance your campaign experience. Please note that while AI-generated content is designed to be accurate, it may occasionally make mistakes or produce unexpected results.
